We produced it for our family, and we didn't keep it to ourselves...

Increasing health issues among those around us and the challenges of ensuring consistent access to healthy food were becoming more prominent. This prompted the beginning of our story – the journey to discover high polyphenol olive oil and produce our own.

Who We Are:

In 1986, we embarked on a journey into freelance work. Our innovative and idealistic approach first manifested in the construction sector, where we achieved success, and then extended to significant strides in the field of engineering. In 1995, we established BST Engineering, our family company. Over time, as we encountered the problems accompanying rapid urbanization, we were compelled to develop our own solutions.

With pioneering ideas and projects, we delved into pile foundation work, began manufacturing attachments and machines to overcome various ground problems, became pioneers in CFA pile applications in Turkey, and produced domestic CFA pile machines. We developed JMK (Jet Grouting Pile), an innovative pile construction method for which we obtained a patent.

As our family company continued to work and grow, much like a tailor stitching its own garment, we found ourselves faced with the increase in metabolic diseases among those close to us. Our inquisitive nature led us to seek more information on these matters. We discovered that healthy nutrition plays a crucial role in preventing diseases and reducing syndromes, but the challenge lay in the difficulty of accessing healthy foods sustainably.

The knowledge we acquired drove us to conduct more comprehensive research and find solutions once again to address our concerns. This led us to the journey of discovering high polyphenol olive oil and producing our own.

We rolled up our sleeves to produce the juice of the immortal olive tree, known for its medicinal properties, using the most ideal methods. Our engineering background expedited our progress in R&D efforts to obtain olive oil of superior quality, rich in polyphenolic components and aroma.

By experimenting with partially removed seeds, we directly experienced the enhancement of olive oil's aromatic qualities. We turned to the ancient Trapetum method, which dates back to pre-Christian times, to obtain olive oil. Through our studies, we developed a method to extract olive kernel essence without subjecting it to high heat and harm. We applied for a European patent for this method.

Taking another important step in this field, we applied for a European patent for our project to convert the byproduct of olive oil extraction, known as pomace, into animal feed without subjecting it to high temperatures.

Satisfaction derived from the quality and benefits of the olive oil we obtained through comprehensive research and developed methods, achieving high polyphenol levels under the light of knowledge, prompted us to share our product with those around us. The feedback we received from them was overwhelmingly positive.

And at the end of the day, we decided to share this elixir of life we produced for our family with anyone aspiring to lead a healthier life.
